Although the amounts listed for the 20th triplex represent real costs, they do not reflect water usage as that residential meter does not function. The HOA, however, does pay the bill which includes only the fees for service. Calculations for summary amounts in the text box at the upper right hand corner of each graph do not include amounts for that 20th triplex.
